Deposits:
- Security Deposit $500 for a 2 Bedroom. Security Deposit $350.00 for a 1 Bedroom
- Pet Deposit: $250 per pet (40 lbs. weight limit) Breed Restrictions (Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Husky, Wolf Hybird, Bullmastiff (Presa Canario), German Shepherd and Mixes, Pit Bull Mixes, Akita, Chow, Doberman, Aggressive Animals.
Rabies shot required every year.
There is a 2 pet maximum.
- Application Fee $15.00 per occupant.
- All Deposits are refundable subject to condition of apartment.
Late Fee
- Rent Late Fee: 3% for the first day and 1% for each additional day.
- Non-sufficient funds are $40
