Take Highway 75 (Central
Expressway) North through Plano, then to Mckinney. At the new hospital in McKinney, exit to the right on highway 121 / Spur 399 / Highway 5. At the intersection of Spur 399 and Highway 5, take a right (go South). After about 150 yards, take a left on Enterprise Drive. Go to the end of Enterprise and you will see Country Lane Seniors.
