HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
An organization comprised of all owners of units in The Villas at Country Lane. All home development are members of the association. Dues are $250.00 per month and include the following:
		Yard maintenance in the front and back yard
		Outside insurance on building exterior
		Monthly exterminator service
		Maintenance of common areas
		Full access to all Country Lane Campus Amenities
